Woke up feeling rather saddened to-day. Not sure what it was, whether the room felt a mite cold or the bed felt too wide or that my dreams were feathered with memories I had so long ago repressed and forgotten.
I opened my eyes and felt repulsed by the light that filtered through my drawn shades as if the sun's very existence was a smote upon my being. Even the cheerful morning bird's songs seemed colored by mourning as if she, too, felt the misery in my heart.
Upon raising the sash on my window and looking outside, I seen not the lush green lawn that had freckled my dream but a harsh whiteness that seemed to go on for-ever, dotted with molting brown flecks of dead earth. The trees were not with perky green buds of spring but dried leaves and stale branches swaying in the cold wind.
Ripples of cutting ice shot through my skin and I shivered in spite of the warm heat that radiated throughout my room. I raced back to my warm bed and shrouded myself in the comforts of my coverlets and felt sleep's delicate touch embrace my skin as I drifted off into silent slumber once again.

Now, my normal Thursday gig is going to Triple B's for karaoke but now that Stephers might not be going I don't know if I wanna go.
I can hang out with my brother and Carly and Ty's gonna be there but...

I don't know if I wanna go. I think I'm gonna sit at home and watch movies...

Went to see the Trews concert last night with Tyler. Opening band sucked...They were called Dreadknots or something equally gay. Drummer gave me free tickets to their next show. I think he likes me...*sniggers*
The second band, One Night Stand, was pretty cool. They were a cover band that had a couple originals. They did the covers a-la-punk, and I swear the lead singer's gay or at least closet...
The Trews came on and put on a great fucking show! Ty sang along to almost every song, and we talked to the band after since he knows them. The guitarist was freaking phenomenal. That guitar just SANG in his hands.
Going to see Tyler play with his band, Giv'r, at the Zoo on Tuesday for Battle of the Bands. LMAO...he said I could be their band whore. *laughs*
So excited for Tuesday!!! Can't wait to hear him play. If his band live is anything like I have heard at karaoke it'll be great!

Thursday night at Triple B's was pretty great. Got somewhat loaded without spending a penny.
Spent a massive amount of time with Ty before, during and after karaoke.
Was great fun.
Got a stupid head cold. I hate being sick.
Supposed to hang with Ty tonight. Going to see his band play on Tuesday. Can't wait! Should be fun.
Onwards to make snacks for Joey and I and to finish reading my book I have been putting off!

Looked at some convos on MSN that I had saved between Josh and I from when we first started seeing eachother. We used to be so cute. So much has changed between he and I and it's only been 5 months. Craziness.
I miss him so.
